William James Hardy

PARTNER
William Hardy is one of the founding partners of Hardy Marble LLP. With a legal career dedicated to representing the interests of injured workers, families, not-for-profit charitable corporations, and religious organizations, he has achieved favorable outcomes for hundreds of clients. His practice encompasses all aspects of general litigation, reflecting a commitment to excellence and client advocacy. Practicing in courts across New York State, including Town, City, and County Courts in Western New York, he frequently handles cases in the New York State Supreme Court, the Appellate Division, and the Federal Court for the Western District of New York.

His areas of focus include corporations, tax matters, trademarks, immigration, workers’ compensation, civil litigation, criminal defense, DWI defense, real estate, estates, personal injury, social security disability, and matrimonial and family law. A magna cum laude graduate of Hiram College and cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, he also holds an M.Div. from Union Theological Seminary in New York City.

In addition to his legal practice, he is an ordained Presbyterian minister, serving churches in Central and Western New York for over two decades. His dedication extends to community involvement, including board memberships with the Kenan Center, the Thomas C. Porteus, Jr. Charitable Foundation, Happy Times Preschool and Childcare Center, and Lockport Meals on Wheels. He is also an active member of the Lockport Rotary Club.

Residing in the Town of Lockport with his wife, Renee, he is a proud father to four children.

Bradley Marble

PARTNER
Bradley Marble focuses his practice on representing clients with serious, complex, and catastrophic injuries from automobile accidents, construction accidents, premises liability, and general negligence. He has successfully litigated cases in the United States District Court and New York State Supreme Courts in Western New York, often bringing cases to verdict in these areas. With over a decade of experience at one of Western New York's premier personal injury law firms, he has gained extensive knowledge that he now uses to achieve the best possible results for his clients. In addition to personal injury, his practice spans general litigation, including corporations, workers’ compensation, civil litigation, criminal defense, DWI defense, real estate, estates, social security disability, matrimonial and family law, tax matters, trademarks, and immigration.

A cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and a graduate of Albany Law School of Union University, he is an active member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Erie County Bar Association, and Niagara County Bar Association. In 2010 and 2011, he participated in the University at Buffalo Law School Trial Technique program, assisting instructors in teaching second- and third-year law students the skills and procedures necessary for trying a case from start to jury verdict.

Appointed as Lockport Town Prosecutor in 2009, he has handled cases involving vehicle and traffic law violations, possession of marijuana, underage possession of alcohol, harassment, and building code violations for both local and state cases.
He also serves as an at-large member of the Board of Directors for the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Niagara County, overseeing 4-H programs and the Niagara County Fair. His contributions to the community have been widely recognized; in 2016, he was named one of Niagara’s 12 under 40 by Leadership Niagara, the Niagara Gazette, and the Lockport Union Sun and Journal. He was further honored in 2017 as a Super Lawyers – Rising Star in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury.

Bradley Marble resides in the Town of Lockport with his wife, Joanna, and their four children, Andrew, Izabella, Addison, and Carter.
